You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

• Do not share your account with others.

4. Permitted Use

CashNow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the platform solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

5. Prohibited Use

6. User Content

You may submit information to CashNow, including account details, device information, photographs, identification documents, feedback, reviews, and other content required for using our services.

By submitting such content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the legal right to submit it.
• The information provided is accurate and complete.
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
• Your content does not contain unlawful, abusive, or misleading material.

You grant CashNow a limited right to use the submitted information solely for providing services, verifying transactions, improving the platform, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the CashNow platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, source code, databases, trademarks, service marks, page layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Aruna F. Management LLP and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Website Availability

CashNow strives to ensure that its website, mobile application, and related services remain available and functional at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access.

CashNow disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

Users are responsible for exercising their own judgment before relying on any information, quotations, or services provided through the CashNow platform. We recommend verifying all important details before completing any transaction.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aruna F. Management LLP, its directors, employees, partners, affiliates, licensors, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the CashNow platform.
